Steven Bilawchuk, M.Sc., P.Eng. (Principal Partner)
Steven specializes in environmental noise impact assessments, modeling, and monitoring as well as vibration assessments and architectural acoustics. Since 2000 Steven has completed over 750 projects including over 100 SAGD/In-Situ projects alone. In addition, Steven has taught numerous 1 and 2 day acoustics courses as well as worked as a sessional instructor 7 times at the University of Alberta teaching MecE 553 (Acoustics and Noise Control)

Patrick Froment, B.Sc., B.Ed., P.L.(Eng.) (Principal Partner)
Patrick specializes in environmental noise impact assessments, modeling, and monitoring with a particular expertise in aggregate facilities. Patrick also specializes in STC/IIC testing and assessments in addition to occupational health and safety noise assessments. Since joining ACI in 2007, Patrick has completed over 400 projects. He is also currently the course tutor for the ARCH 526, Architectural Design: Acoustics Course at Athabasca University.
